Members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have burnt down 4 vehicles alongside Obigbo in Oyigbo Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The action, which befell on Friday, was mentioned to have taken place within the bid to implement the sit-at-home order by the organisation, to mark the one-year disappearance of its chief, Nnamdi Kanu.
DSP Nnamdi Omoni, the Rivers State Police Command’s spokesman, confirmed the event in Port Harcourt.
According to Omoni, policemen have been on floor and are nonetheless assessing the extent of the harm.
