A Portland, Ore. cremation employee who says she was once sexually pressured and fired after reporting she sustained a again harm when a heavy corpse fell on her has filed a lawsuit looking for $900,000.
The Oregonian/OregonReside reported that the sex discrimination and staff reimbursement discrimination lawsuit was once filed remaining week in Multnomah County Circuit Court against Portland Cremation Center.
Court paperwork say the woman and a co-worker in August have been sporting a heavy corpse up a slim flight of stairs when the corpse fell and pinned the woman against a wall.
