Reuters reported that the federal government’s debt assortment company despatched letters to corporations requesting the fee.
The businesses, based on the report, are Royal Dutch Shell, Chevron, Exxon Mobil, Eni, Complete and Equinor. They had been every requested to pay the federal authorities between $2.5 billion and $5 billion.
