Job Title: Mechanical Integrity Manager (PAUT)

Summary of Functions

  • Oversee and direct the insulation repairs to tanks, pipes and gear to take care of integrity of system and gear
  • Actively serve on high quality committees, process power and Haz-op research, Management of Change (MOC), Safe Work Plan (SWP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when requested by Maintenance Manager.
  • Follow up corrective actions and implement countermeasures to reduce reoccurrence of kit breakdowns and malfunctions
  • Managing on web site the services team and third get together sub-contractors making certain they full duties on time and safely to required requirements.

Requirements

  • API 653, 510 or 570 certifications necessary
  • PCN Level III in PAUT/TOFD necessary
  • Project Management expertise
  • Process Safety Management expertise
  • Experience with reliability practices, mechanical integrity and predictive/ preventative upkeep in a chemical terminal, chemical plant or refinery

Educational Qualifications:

  • A level in Mechanical Engineering

  • Ability to learn and perceive blueprints, schematics, drawings and charts.
