The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), has arraigned the Managing Director (MD) of an funding company and his corporate before a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Bwari Division, for allegedly defrauding a widow of N5 million.

The defendants pleaded no longer accountable to the price leveled in opposition to them and Mr Oluwaji used to be granted bail within the sum of N7 million with a surety in like sum who will have to be resident in Abuja, the fee stated.
