Job Title: Bike Sales Representative

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

  • Use the motorbike as a device to make sure gross sales and repair penetration to retail prospects in assigned open markets
  • Ensures merchandise can be found & seen on the shops in assigned open markets always

Job Responsibilities       

  • Manage, develop and successfully cowl retail prospects in assigned territory
  • Ensure merchandise can be found, seen and accessible in shops in assigned territory (correct and efficient display/merchandising of the merchandise)
  • Draw up weekly route plans and decide to similar
  • Ensure immediate and proper product and TPOS pickup and recording
  • Ensure gross sales targets per SKU are met
  • Achieve every day strike fee target
  • Ensure appropriate product and TPOS issuance
  • Effective use of realtime gross sales App
  • Must be accountable of all of the shares in his/her custody
  • Ensure every day reconciliation of earlier inventory issued with supervisor
  • Maintain every day and correct assortment, remittance and reconciliation of money from shops to supervisor
  • Ensure correct and environment friendly use of firm instruments (Motorcycle, helmet, Application and so on).


  • Must be capable of experience a bike
  • High stage of credibility, integrity and self-discipline
  • Basic gross sales and negotiating abilities
  • Market improvement abilities
  • Excellent communicator  with excessive Interpersonal abilities
  • Merchandising abilities
  • Willingness to work versatile schedule

Professional Requirements

  • Qualification wanted – OND/NCE
  • At least 1 year expertise in bike gross sales 
  • Experience in FMCG sector is an added advantage
  • Must possess legitimate Riders license and Riders allow requested by location of alternative
  • Must reside in Location of alternative and possess good information of street community in location of alternative
  • Must personal a wise cellphone
  • Knowledge and utilization of cell gross sales utility an added advantage
