The Economic and Finance Crimes Commission has written to the Nigerian Customs to watch and arrest the governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose anytime he needs to run away from the nation.
In an announcement disclosed on Sunday the anti corruption-agency urged Customs to put Fayose on its watch listing, accusing Fayose of cash laundering, abuse of workplace and different social political vices.

“The under listed particular person is under investigation in reference to the above talked about offences and there's a cheap suspicion suggesting that he might doubtless go away the nation both via the land borders, airports or seaports as a way to evade investigation.
“Hence, you're kindly requested to watch-list him and arrest him.
“You are further requested to contact the commission through the provided contact details if sighted”.
Recall that Fayose had informed EFCC that he would submit himself to the fee instant he fingers over to the subsequent governor.
But responding to him, the fee informed him to return and to not wait until the hand over.
