Description

  • Liaise with Head of Procurement to gather the listing of material authorized for procurement.
  • Plan and prioritize procurement workload in Compliance with directions obtained from his/her hierarchy
  • Administer the tendering course of to make sure the “due process” is revered and well timed progress is achieved, including preparation and issuance of communication documentation with Tenderers, group of tender clarification conferences, group of tender correspondence, submitting, and so forth. in accordance with Group and/or Project authorized strategic sourcing methodology & procedures for the procurement course of.

  • Prepare final buy order paperwork and procure signatures for execution of the contract

Job Requirements
