Wisconsin’s dream of creating the College Football Playoff took an enormous hit after Saturday’s 24-21 upset loss against BYU. 

Trailing 24-21 with 36 seconds remaining, Rafael Gaglianone missed a 42-yard subject goal that will have tied the game. 

After two straightforward victories to start out the season, the Badgers climbed as much as No. 6 within the Amway Coaches Poll.
