Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Reports to: Region Sales Manager (ROM)
- The Regional Sales Manager can be accountable for main a team of as much as 8 Sales Representatives to execute the gross sales and advertising and marketing plan for the assigned territory.
- Deliver the month-to-month gross sales targets.
- Achieve availability of the corporate’s merchandise in wholesale and shops that’s on the similar stage of our most important opponents.
- Work with our sellers and retailers to activate our merchandise on the level of sale.
- Identify, create and execute alternatives with sellers/retailers to increase sell-in/sell-out.
- Supervise, coach and practice the team on the job to higher promote and merchandize our merchandise.
- Provide weekly/month-to-month gross sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
- Execute the gross sales and advertising and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with the Region Sales Manager.
- Develop sturdy relationships and shut collaboration with all sellers.
- Monitor sellers’ turnover and shares on a weekly foundation and be sure that firm’s product can be found and that the sellers get to their month-to-month targets.
- Develop and execute action plans in case the supplier falls behind on his/her month-to-month target.

- University Degree or equal qualification.
